How long does delivery take?
Typically, products are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days on a first class service with Royal Mail
How much does delivery cost?
1st class parcels under 2kg £4.00 and small parcels over 2kg via DPD £7.50
Are we vegan friendly?
Products are vegan friendly and cruelty free. However, occasionally we can not 100% certify that the gum on the labels are vegan. If this causes you concerns, please ask for label information to be supplied on a paper insert in with your order. Additionally, we use polyolefin shrink film and PET plastic pots. You can opt to message us asking us to wrap your items in paper bags to avoid polyolefin, but I'm afraid there is no alternative option for potted products.
Do we do custom designs?
Yes, yes, yes! We do love doing unique or custom designs. Please message us if you would like to talk through options!
